We'd like at least One Face to Face Meeting the Month of your event. There are always last minute details, errands to run and items to pick up, drop off the week of the event. Your event coordinator will handle those as well as;


  • (1) event coordinator on-site
  • (1) assistant coordinator on-site, if needed
  • Up to 8 hours Day of Coordination of details on the day of the event 
  • Last minute errands/details handled
  • Monitor Venue/Vendor set up and logistics coordination
  • Vendor communication and coordination (confirmations 1 week prior)
  • SET UP DÉCOR: Guest Book | Cake/dessert Sets | Menus | Place Cards | Favors, etc.
  • Ceremony & Reception Coordination
  • Manage timeline with vendors
  • Distribute Vendor Payments & Gratuities
  • Set up and tear down any decorations provided (within 8 hours. Add extra service time for $250/hr)
  • Completing venue check-in/check-out requirements and coordinating rental returns.
